About me

Alfredo "blackout" Cardigliano

As my blog’s title suggests, my name is Alfredo (aka “blackout”) Cardigliano,

I was born in 1985 and since then I live in a town of Salento (Italy), a land famous for its beautiful sea, a warm sun and the strong wind.

I have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology at the Università di Pisa, both with maximum scores. I have also been an Erasmus student at the Uppsala Universitet (Sweden). I work mainly as Linux Kernel & Network Developer, occasionally as Systems Analyst and Web-Designer. I also deal with assistance and advice.

The coding activity is a real passion for me, and keeps me busy day and night. But I also have other hobbies, including mechanics and electronics. I also practice sports such as body building, cycling, tennis, swimming, etc.
